Using the same seaonings as mango fiesta, but with a leaner meat (turkey)

Weisswurst
A German specialty (and we have the German to make it!) Pork and beef emulsified and subtly spiced, resulting in a sausage you have to have, laden with a grainy mustard, or perhaps a curry sauce.
