Chili SausagePan fry l lb (500g) Chorizos sausage, cooking until firm. Slice into medallions. Next add a 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, 1/2lb sliced mushrooms, 1/2 tsp crushed, dried chilies, and a can of kidney beans. Simmer, covered, about 10 minutes. Have some beer handy. |
