Sausage Ranchero

Slice l lb (500 g) Sizzlers into bite sized pieces. Saute in a large frying pan. Whisk 8 eggs with 1 tsp chili powder. Add to sausage with 2 chopped green onions. Stir over medium heat until eggs are done as you like.
